I MIGLIORI 100 FILM DELLA STORIA SECONDO LA RIVISTA TIME

L'autorevole magazine newyorkese Time ha recentemente pubblicato un Top List comprendente i migliori 100 film della storia del cinema. Naturalmente, è d'obbligo ricordare che questi elenchi, come del resto tutti quelli finora pubblicati da agenzie, giornali, associazioni e siti internet, sono dominati dal personalismo di chi li redige e non hanno, in alcun modo, valore artistico imprescindibile. E' comunque interessante notare come tra i titoli più famosi ci siano anche film…che mai ti saresti aspettato.

Ecco l'elenco completo in ordine alfabetico, in quanto non esiste una graduatoria di merito essendo tutti i titoli giudicati in eguale misura; praticamente tutti a pari merito. Per le saghe e le trilogie sono stati indicati più di un film come nei casi di The Apu Trilogy, The Lord of the Rings e The Godfather; mentre per Star Wars è rappresentato solo il film del 1977.
